Complaints Procedure

We are always striving to improve what we do. Hearing and learning from complaints is one way in which we can improve. If you have a concern about an action of Playgroup Australia or a playgroup experience that you have had, we invite you to share that concern with us.  All employees, volunteers, contractors, members of Playgroup Australia (PA) and stakeholders or members of the public have a right to have their concerns with regard to PA and its activities heard and addressed. They also have a right to receive information about progress and actions taken in relation to their complaint.
